Responsibilities

→Make Buena grow predictably by €mm yearly.
→Figure out and write the organic growth playbook for our PortCos.
→Spend lots of time with our PortCo MDs.
→Recruit your own team.

Requirements

Native-level German (C2).
Strong desire to work in-office.
Proven track record of building effective marketing and/or sales tactics, strategies and playbooks.
High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
Very strong ambition and a focus on high-quality results.
