→Install roof vents and ensure proper ventilation
→Operate company vehicles safely and conduct inspections
→Keep a safe, organized work area

Requirements

Basic familiarity with insulation tools and materials
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
Must be able to report to your local warehouse each morning before crew trucks depart
