About the Role
~1 min readAs a Care Center Manager, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing daily clinic operations and supporting both clinical and non-clinical staff. You’ll help drive operational excellence, support a strong clinic culture, and ensure an outstanding experience for patients and providers alike. Successful managers are collaborative, hands-on leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional care.
This position is based in Brevard, NC and is a full-time, in-office position Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.
Responsibilities
~1 min readSpecific responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient care delivery
- Support staffing, scheduling, workflow management, and clinic operations
- Coordinate clinic facility and maintenance needs as needed
- Help oversee wraparound patient services, including transportation and field-based support when applicable
- Ensure a positive patient experience both inside and outside the clinic
- Support care delivery for a growing patient population while maintaining high standards of quality and service
- Assist the Director of Clinic Operations with budgeting requests and operational planning as assigned
- Lead scheduling and billing workflows to ensure efficiency and alignment with operational standards
- Support execution of operational and strategic initiatives across the clinic
Requirements

- Support clinic growth initiatives and community outreach efforts
- Step in to support operational and customer service functions when needed
You would be a great fit for this position if you have experience managing large multidisciplinary teams in healthcare, a proven record of accomplishment of delivering financial and operational results and are passionate about delivering superb care to those who need it the most. Supervisory experience in a clinical setting is required.
A great candidate for this role has:
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a clinical setting, managing teams both remotely and in person
- Experience managing operational and financial performance metrics preferred
- Passion for team-based, mission-driven healthcare delivery
- An understanding of the communities we serve and a commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, flexible, and team-first approach
- Applying sound judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Improving processes and driving operational outcomes
- Building strong working relationships across teams
- Taking initiative and adapting quickly in fast-paced environments
- Bringing a positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
Additional skills and requirements for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
- Proven reliability, organization, and dependability
- Proficient PC and technology skills
- US work authorization
