Nous avons une superbe opportunité pour un poste Commis de Cuisine dans notre restaurant bistronomique « Bistrot 51 ».

Vos Responsabilités :

En tant que Commis de Cuisine, vous effectuerez des travaux de préparation des aliments et de cuisine sous la supervision d'un chef de partie, en passant par des sections telles que les sauces, les légumes, le poisson, la viande, la pâtisserie etc.

C'est une grande opportunité d'apprendre tout ce qu'il y a à savoir sur le métier de cuisinier :

- Respecter les normes d'hygiène

- Préparer les ingrédients pour les chefs de partie, le sous-chef ou le chef de cuisine

- Gérer les livraisons et la rotation des stocks
