Lube Center Technician

Description

Receive vehicles and perform services requested by customers, recommend services based on inspection. Stocking, organizing, and cleaning during down times.

• →Answer customer’s questions about services and advise customers on recommended services.
• →Observe scheduled shift hours as assigned by Store Manager.
• →Give all customers friendly, courteous, and prompt service.
• →Receive, open, unpack, and check in merchandise to perform services.
• →Perform vehicle inspections, basic maintenance, minor repairs, and documentation.
• →Perform oil changes and lubrication work.
• →Work alongside skilled technicians to learn how to perform quality vehicle service maintenance.
• →Perform specific tasks as assigned by the store manager.

• Experience can include oil changes, basic maintenance.
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.

Required to have access to a phone at all times, able to perform basic math calculations, and understand the English language.
