Responsibilities

  • →Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for employee and subcontractor positions.
  • →Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and community outreach.
  • →Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process.
  • →Verify qualifications, work history, licenses, certifications, and references as required.
  • →Facilitate the subcontractor contract and rates, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
  • →Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking systems.
  • →Build relationships with trade professionals, staffing resources, vocational schools, and community organizations to expand recruiting efforts.
  • →Attend job fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
  • →Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company hiring policies.
  • →Work closely with management to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
  • →Monitor recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, applicant flow, and hiring success.
  • →Promote the company's culture, values, and employment opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • →Demonstrates a willingness to learn the organization and gain a deep understanding of the people they support, paired with a genuine "can-do" attitude and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting skilled trades, construction, or subcontractors is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
  • Bilingual a plus

Work Environment
