AI Transformation Specialist Description - Key Responsibilities * Engage closely with operations teams to develop a deep understanding of their workflows, pain points, and business requirements. * Stay up to date with emerging technology trends, particularly in AI, and lead cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities and translate them into practical solutions. * Design and build full-stack solutions that drive efficiency and productivity improvements. * Share feedback and lessons learned to help continuously improvements. * Lead AI-related projects and drive the successful implementation and adoption of solutions. * Drive the evolution of AI capabilities from internal productivity tools to scalable service offerings. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Strong technical foundation with the ability to design and develop full-stack systems integrated with AI capabilities. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex technologies into clear and actionable insights. * Highly self-motivated, with strong learning agility, adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving skills. * Innovative mindset with a passion for exploring new technologies and driving their adoption in real-world business scenarios. * Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
