College Intern - Product Engineering (System Interaction)

Ensure the seamless integration of printhead/ink supplies with the printer to deliver good print quality & supplies reliability consistently for our commercial customers.
Lead, troubleshoot & resolve quality issues from factory and the field.
Develop & run testing to evaluate product changes to ensure no impact to customer experience.
Supports the New Product development through incorporation of best manufacturing practices & influence design for manufacturability.
Lead & drive projects to improve quality & processes, resulting in enhanced efficiency & customer experience.

Bachelor or Masters undergraduate in the following disciplines: Materials / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Chemical / Electrical Engineering.
Able to commit for a 5-6 months full-time internship, starting in January 2027.
Strong communication& interpersonal skill.
Strong analytical skill, critical thinking.
Strong problem solving skill.
Growth mindset.
Open mind & curious.
