Description -
HP’s Large Format Finance team is looking for an AI-driven, highly analytical Graduate Financial Analyst to support the transformation of financial planning and decision-making processes across a global organization.
This role is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about data, automation, and artificial intelligence. The position focuses on driving innovation in financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making through advanced analytics, automation, and AI-powered tools.
The successful candidate will operate in a truly global environment, collaborating across APJ, EMEA, and AMS to harmonize financial processes and enhance consistency, scalability, and efficiency. HP is changing the way the world understands 3D Printing.

Responsibilities
* Drive automation of financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close through standardized and scalable reporting solutions
* Develop and maintain automated reporting frameworks that enable focus on storytelling and insights behind financial results
* Leverage AI tools and digital solutions (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, AI agents) to enhance reporting, analytics, and decision-making
* Support global process harmonization across regions (APJ, EMEA, AMS) ensuring consistency and best practice sharing
* Transform raw financial data into actionable insights to support strategic planning and business decisions
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, eliminate manual work, and enhance data quality across financial workflows
* Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and business teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Day to Day activities
* Support financial planning cycles: budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close
* Build dashboards and automated reports to monitor financial performance
* Analyze performance trends and variances, providing insights and recommendations
* Automate recurring financial reports and data flows
* Collaborate with global stakeholders to align financial processes and data standards
Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, obtained within the last 12 months.
* No prior professional experience required; previous internships, academic projects, or practical experience in finance are highly valued
* Solid understanding of accounting and financial processes
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in business applications, especially Microsoft Excel
* Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset
* Interest in AI, data analytics, and automation applied to finance
* Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or similar platforms
