Job Description Join the Collaboration Solutions team within the HP Solutions organization and support product management initiatives for enhancing our software experiences that seamlessly work with our HP and Poly branded collaboration devices for enhancing hybrid workspace experiences for enterprise employees around the world. You will be focused on collecting market and customer insights to ultimately deliver customer value through our Studio software apps and Lens/HP Workforce Experience launches. Responsibilities * Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders. * Collect market, competitor, and customer insights. * Analyze data and translate findings into actionable product insights. * Support concept planning and launches for software experiences * Help define software requirements with user stories and acceptance criteria. * Use AI and analytics tools to improve research and decision-making. Education and Experience Required * 3rd year of Bachelor’s program completed or 1st year of Master’s program * Must be enrolled full time at an accredited university. * Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2027, and not require sponsorship in the future. Preferred Majors/Programs * Business Administration * Marketing Required Skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Interest in product management and technology products. * Experience with data analysis and research. * Understanding of user-centered design and UX/UI principles. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to organize work and collaborate across teams. * Proficiency with standard productivity software. Preferred Tools and Experience * AI tools - Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT * Microsoft Office Suite * Power BI * JIRA * Figma * Ability to handle ambiguity and unstructured work situations * Strong public speaking and workshop/conversation-facilitation skills * App and cloud software development and launch experience * Working knowledge of prioritization models * Market and competitive analysis experience We are looking for visionaries who are ready to make an impact on the way the world works.
