Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms preferred.
Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable, high-impact products that drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

→Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy aligned with company objectives.
→Translate business goals into scalable, technology-driven product solutions.
→Identify market opportunities, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning.
→Partner with Engineering to ensure robust, scalable, and secure system architecture.
→Drive adoption of modern technologies, including cloud, APIs, AI/automation, and data platforms.
→Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, HIPAA where applicable).
→Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
→Implement and optimize Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient product delivery.
→Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Operations, Sales, Compliance) and act as the bridge between technical teams and business units.
→Present product strategy and performance updates to executive leadership.
→Define KPIs and success metrics, leveraging analytics, customer feedback, and usage data for continuous improvement.
→Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering innovation, accountability, and learning.
