Industry experience in e-commerce, FinTech, or subscription-based environments is highly desirable.
Proficiency in QA automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter/JUnit), release management tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab), and CI/CD pipelines.
Current hands-on experience with unit testing and quality assurance best practices.
Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Odoo), CRM, REST APIs, AWS, Jira, and Confluence.
ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
Proven ability to enforce and advocate for quality processes across the organization.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in QA practices.

→Own the release management lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating releases across multiple environments.
→Develop and manage reporting metrics, risk assessments, and rollback strategies.
→Monitor releases for compliance with industry standards, data security, and system reliability.
→Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure smooth and aligned deployments.
→Manage a distributed team of QA engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.
→Establish and promote best practices for collaboration and team evaluation in a remote working environment.
→Serve as the escalation point for QA and release-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
