POSITION OVERVIEW:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic liaison between business leaders and the HR function, ensuring alignment of people practices with organizational goals. This role requires expertise in compensation and benefits, HR operations, and recruitment and selection, while driving employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and compliance with HR policies.
Responsibilities

- →Design, review, and implement competitive compensation structures.
- →Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- →Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to support retention strategies.
- →Partner with finance to align compensation budgets with organizational goals.
- →HR Operations
- →Oversee HR processes including onboarding, employee records management, and HRIS updates.
- →Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and audit requirements.
- →Drive process improvements for efficiency in HR workflows.
- →Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
- →Recruitment & Selection
- →Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and competencies.
- →Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
- →Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
- →Implement structured selection processes to ensure fairness and quality of hires.
- →Strategic HR Partnership
- →Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce needs and succession planning.
- →Provide insights on people metrics to influence business decisions.
- →Champion organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- →Act as a trusted advisor to managers on performance management and career development.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to compensation, operations, and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
