RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE

Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint an experienced and seasoned professional for the following role:

As a relationship executive you will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding and managing merchants and dealers onto the company's products.

• →Identify, approach, and onboard retailers, merchants, and dealers within assigned areas.
• →Educate merchants on company payment methods, features, benefits, and settlement processes
• →Complete merchant onboarding documentation and KYC requirements accurately and timely.
• →Provide basic training to merchants on transaction flows, refunds, and reconciliation.
• →Address merchant concerns and escalate technical or operational issues when required.
• →Conduct field visits as per assigned daily/weekly targets.
• →Maintain accurate records of onboarded merchants, activations, and follow-ups and submit daily activity reports, onboarding

status, and performance metrics

• Minimum 16 years of education, preferably, Bachelor's/Master's from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.

• Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1-2 years of professional experience of field sales or business development, preferably within the tech or financial services domain.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

• Relevant experience in merchant onboarding preferably in the fintech or financial services industry

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision with willingness to travel within assigned territory

• Knowledge of KYC and regulatory compliance requirements for merchants

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data

• Understanding of Fintech, mobile apps, and digital payments
