→Lead end-to-end financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.

→Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement and cost efficiency.
→Oversee and develop the management accounting team while enhancing financial reporting processes and systems.

Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
Experience in retail, restaurant, FMCG, or similar fast-paced consumer industries is preferred.
