Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA license or other relevant professional certification is an advantage
At least 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, with prior leadership or people management experience preferred
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and regulatory compliance
Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
