Responsibilities

→Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger management, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end closing.
→Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions and improve profitability.
→Supervise and develop the accounting team, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
→Monitor revenue, commissions, payables, receivables, and reconciliation of travel-related transactions.
→Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and internal financial controls.

Requirements

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
5+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
Proven people management experience leading accounting or finance teams.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
General accounting experience is highly preferred and considered an advantage.
