Responsibilities

→Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
→Perform bank reconciliations and investigate variances to ensure accurate financial records.
→Process invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely and accurate recording of payables.
→Assist in treasury functions, including cash monitoring, payment processing, and liquidity tracking.
→Prepare standard financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and expense summaries, and support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or non-CPA welcome).
At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably handling general ledger, reconciliations, and payables.
Knowledge of bank reconciliation, invoice processing, and basic treasury functions.
Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
