Accounting Specialist | F&B | CPA

We're looking for Accounting Specialists to join our Makati team to handle financial reporting, product costing, tax compliance, BIR reconciliation, and account maintenance.

• →Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports, product costing schedules, and gross profit analysis to support accurate and timely management reporting
• →Consolidate and review trial balances to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of all financial records
• →Prepare and file tax returns and audit schedules in full compliance with BIR regulations and submission deadlines
• →Perform regular bank, account, and BIR reconciliations — identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly
• →Maintain and update pricing systems and discount rate structures in line with company policies and market changes
• →Conduct deep-dive analysis of books of accounts to detect irregularities, flag variances, and recommend corrective actions
• →Coordinate closely with the treasury team and external counterparts to support reporting, compliance, and audit requirements
• →Handle ad hoc financial reports and special assignments as directed by management to support business operations

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) — board passers are welcome to apply
• Solid knowledge of accounting rules, regulations, and standard procedures
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with accounting systems is an advantage
