Responsibilities

→Prepare financial statement databases and reports to facilitate review of expense accounts versus prior year.
→Allocate rebates and prepare allocation files for reporting purposes.
→Generate sales margin analyses (YTD and MTD) and inventory aging reports for management commentaries.
→Prepare online Profit & Loss reports.
→Update PFRS 16 templates for concessions, new store openings, and closures on a quarterly basis.
→Calculate monthly and quarterly sales incentives.
→Prepare interim audit schedules, including AP, inventory, and other schedules outside RISS scope.
→Review VAT supporting schedules and reconciliations before submission to the Controller.
