Responsibilities

→Lead, mentor, and manage the billing team supporting the Americas region
→Oversee day-to-day billing operations and ensure timely and accurate invoicing
→Handle stakeholder management, including coordination with internal and external clients
→Manage portfolio accounts and ensure service delivery meets expectations
→Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency
→Monitor team performance, KPIs, and service levels
→Resolve complex billing issues and escalations
→Ensure compliance with company policies and billing procedures

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
At least 4 years of relevant experience, with Team Lead or Senior Analyst background
Proven experience in billing operations, preferably in a shared services environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
Experience handling portfolio management and multiple accounts
Willing to work on a US shift schedule
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good cultural fit with a collaborative and fast-paced environment
