Responsibilities

→Lead and oversee cost accounting functions, including product costing, inventory valuation, cost analysis, and financial reporting for the business.
→Manage product costing activities, ensuring accurate costing of raw materials, production costs, and finished goods to support pricing and profitability decisions.
→Conduct cost, margin (CM), and yield analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and profitability enhancement.
→Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance teams to analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and operational performance.
→Drive improvements in cost accounting processes, systems, and controls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency through SAP and other financial tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or relevant certification is an advantage.
Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in cost accounting, preferably within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
Strong experience in product costing, cost analysis, inventory management, and manufacturing finance processes.
Proficient in SAP, with experience in cost accounting modules, reporting, and financial analysis.
Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills with strong knowledge of manufacturing operations.
