Responsibilities

→Develop, implement, and enforce credit and collection policies and procedures.
→Evaluate customer creditworthiness and approve or recommend credit limits.
→Monitor accounts receivable aging and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
→Lead and supervise the collections team to achieve collection targets and KPIs.

→Handle delinquent accounts, disputes, and deductions, ensuring proper resolution and recovery.
→Negotiate payment terms, credit arrangements, and settlement plans with customers.
→Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts and proper documentation of transactions.
→Maintain compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
