Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage day to day finance and accounting operations
- →Oversee month end and year end closing and ensure timely financial reporting
- →Prepare review and analyze financial statements and management reports
- →Manage budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
- →Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax regulations and internal controls
- →Coordinate with auditors tax consultants and external parties
- →Support management with financial insights and recommendations
- →Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls
- →Lead coach and develop finance team members
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy Finance or related field
- CPA is required
- At least 8-10 years of relevant finance experience
- 3-5 years experience in people management
- knowledgeable in ERP systems (SAP)
- Has experience in the Retail, FMCG, Pharma or Logistics Industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting financial reporting and financial analysis
