Responsibilities

→Lead financial strategy, annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to support business growth.
→Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, taxation, audit, and internal controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
→Partner with commercial and operations teams to improve sales performance, margins, profitability, and cost efficiency.
→Analyze financial performance across stores and business units, providing actionable insights to senior management.
→Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while managing relationships with auditors, banks, regulators, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3–5 years in a senior management or leadership role, preferably in retail or FMCG.
Strong expertise in FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, and internal controls.
Proven experience in driving profitability, cost optimization, financial planning, and business performance.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a strategic and commercially driven mindset.
