Responsibilities

→Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
→Develop and oversee financial strategies, business insights, and performance analysis to support business growth and decision-making.
→Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management and stakeholders.
→Partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance, to drive profitability and improve business performance.
→Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and financial efficiency through data-driven analysis and recommendations.

Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance management.
Strong background in financial modeling, analytics, and translating financial data into actionable business insights.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills, preferably with experience in the f&b industry.
