• Develop and lead the organization's data strategy and governance framework.
• Establish policies for secure, ethical, and compliant data usage.
• Ensure alignment of data initiatives with overall business objectives.

• Oversee data management systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
• Implement standards and processes to maintain high data quality and integrity.
• Continuously improve data infrastructure and workflows.

• Lead advanced data analytics initiatives to generate actionable business insights.
• Apply data science methodologies for predictive analytics and innovation.
• Support data-driven decision-making across departments.

• Lead and mentor data teams and related functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data solutions.
• Communicate insights effectively to influence business strategy and decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Strong expertise in data governance, data management, and data quality frameworks.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in data science and predictive analytics.
• Proven leadership experience in building and executing data strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
