→Manage the organizations data platforms, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and compliance with security standards.
→Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, to support analytics, reporting, and informed decision-making while monitoring key performance metrics.

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Information Management, Mathematics/Statistics, or a related field.
Over 10 years of experience in IT, data analysis, or data management, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
In-depth knowledge of data governance, data architecture, and data management best practices.
Practical experience with business analytics, data visualization tools, and enterprise data management systems.
Strong understanding of data security standards and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated leadership with a proven record of managing, motivating, and retaining high-performing teams.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experienced in project and process management with a strong ability to deliver results in complex settings.
