Oversee equity research covering macro, sector, and company analysis.
Translate insights into actionable investment ideas.
Ensure compliance with research and accreditation requirements.

Support efficient trading and compliance workflows.
Contribute to product development and process improvements.

Manage, mentor, and develop the equities team.
Represent the equities function in investment committees and reviews.

Provide portfolio updates and market insights to clients and partners.
Participate in events and initiatives to promote the firms investment capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
At least 10-15 years of experience in equities portfolio management or investment research.
Advanced degree or certification (MBA, CFA, CPA) preferred.
