Role Overview
The HR Business Partner provides end-to-end HR support to the commissary workforce to help achieve operational and business goals through effective people strategies. This role partners closely with leaders in workforce planning, talent management, employee development, and employee relations. It also ensures HR policies, programs, and compliance requirements are effectively implemented on the ground.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
- At least 4–5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or managerial experience
- Experience in a multinational or large-scale manufacturing industry, preferably within the food & beverage or commissary environment.
- Strong background in recruitment and talent management strategies
- Experience in training design, facilitation, or capability development
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Must be based in or willing to reside in Danao City, Cebu or nearby areas
- Must be able to speak and understand Visayan/Cebuano dialect
Key Responsibilities
- Support workforce planning by validating staffing needs, identifying talent gaps, and coordinating with external talent sources
- Drive performance and competency management by aligning team goals with organizational objectives and facilitating competency assessments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate screening, profiling, interviews, and onboarding coordination
- Lead learning and development initiatives, ensuring training programs are properly implemented, documented, and aligned with business needs
- Conduct job evaluations and coordinate with relevant teams on compensation and benefits alignment and implementation
- Address compensation, payroll, and benefits-related concerns to ensure smooth HR service delivery
- Implement employee engagement, wellness, and CSR programs while handling employee relations cases and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, safety standards, and government regulations
- Monitor HR budget utilization and ensure alignment with approved HR plans and key performance indicators
