HR Shared Services and Fulfillment Supervisor

The People Services Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing daily HR service delivery and workforce fulfillment activities to ensure seamless employee support, efficient manpower deployment, onboarding execution, and operational coordination across teams. This role serves as a key link between HR, Operations, Recruitment, and Field Management to ensure manpower requirements and employee service needs are delivered efficiently and aligned with business objectives.
The position oversees People Services operations, monitors service-level performance, and drives continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Oversees end-to-end People Services processes including onboarding, employee movements, offboarding, documentation, and employee concerns
- Ensures timely processing and accuracy of employee records and HR documentation
- Monitors compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures
- Handles escalations related to employee services and coordinates issue resolution with relevant stakeholders
- Supports employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Oversees manpower fulfillment requirements across operational teams
- Coordinates with Recruitment, Operations, and Area Supervisors on deployment schedules and staffing needs
- Tracks fulfillment metrics including turnaround time, deployment completion, and workforce availability
- Ensures smooth endorsement and onboarding of newly hired employees into operations
- Provides regular manpower deployment and fulfillment status reports
- Supervises and mentors People Services staff and coordinators
- Conducts coaching, performance monitoring, and alignment sessions
- Drives operational improvements to enhance service delivery standards
- Acts as Officer-in-Charge during leadership absences and supports operational decision-making
- Prepares dashboards, manpower reports, and service analytics
- Identifies workflow gaps and recommends process automation or enhancements
- Maintains accurate monitoring systems for employee servicing and workforce deployment
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Recruitment Operations, or Workforce Fulfillment
- Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Experience supporting high-volume or nationwide operations is an advantage
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management capability
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR processes, and employee lifecycle management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment
