Responsibilities

→Develop and execute the company’s IT and digital transformation strategy, ensuring technology initiatives support business growth and operational goals.
→Oversee enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, sales systems, and other critical platforms, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and reliability.
→Manage IT infrastructure, cloud services, networks, cybersecurity, data privacy, disaster recovery, and end-user technology services.
→Lead IT governance, budgeting, vendor management, technology investments, and major projects while ensuring cost efficiency and business value.
→Build a high-performing IT organization and strengthen data analytics, business intelligence, service delivery, and continuous improvement capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications or relevant certifications are an advantage.
At least 10 years of progressive IT experience, including significant leadership across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and digital transformation.
Strong technical background in software development, coding, and systems design, with proven experience managing enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, or sales automation systems.
Demonstrated experience in IT financial management, vendor and contract management, cybersecurity, data privacy, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and change management skills; experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, retail, distribution, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
