IT Head

Location: Laguna
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Shift: Morning Shift

We are looking for an experienced IT leader who will oversee the company's technology operations, infrastructure, systems, and IT strategy.

Lead and manage the overall IT function and team
Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives
Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, networks, cybersecurity, and technical support
Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems and operations
Manage IT projects, system implementations, and technology improvements
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions
Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security standards
Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners
Monitor IT budgets, resources, and operational costs
Lead troubleshooting and resolution of critical IT issues
Ensure business continuity, data protection, and disaster recovery readiness
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the organization

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
8+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably with leadership or management experience
Strong background in IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and cybersecurity
Experience managing IT teams and technology projects
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
