→Establish IT governance, policies, security controls, disaster recovery, and business continuity frameworks to ensure reliable and secure technology operations.
→Lead the IT organization by developing high-performing teams, managing technology budgets and vendors, and fostering strong partnerships with business leaders and key stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, and retail technology.
Proven experience leading IT operations, digital transformation, and large-scale technology projects.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
