→Lead the delivery and management of managed IT services, ensuring service availability, performance, and compliance with agreed service levels and business requirements.
→Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and internal IT teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents, requests, and operational issues.
→Establish and monitor service performance metrics, reports, and governance processes to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
→Oversee IT service management processes, including incident, problem, change, and request management, to enhance operational effectiveness.
→Collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to identify service improvement opportunities, manage risks, and support the firm's technology objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT service management, managed services, IT operations, or technology support leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of IT service management practices, operational processes, vendor management, and service delivery frameworks.
Experience managing enterprise applications, infrastructure services, or outsourced IT operations; experience supporting professional services or audit environments is an advantage.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive service excellence.
