Responsibilities

→Develops and manages production schedules based on forecasted and actual demand.
→Oversees daily operations within the area to maintain smooth and continuous production flow.
→Ensures that the assigned section consistently meets product quality and workplace safety standards.
→Leads initiatives for process optimization, equipment enhancement, and other innovative improvements.
→Reviews and confirms the accuracy and timeliness of production reports and any other required documentation.
→Coordinates with other departments and operational units on behalf of the section.

Bachelors degree in Food Technology or any Engineering-related field.
At least three (3) years of relevant experience in plant operations within the food manufacturing industry.
Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a food production environment.
Basic knowledge or background in food processing technology.
Experience in conducting production-related seminars, training sessions, or orientation programs.
Willing to work full onsite in Danao, Cebu.
