Responsibilities

- Ensure consistency in the use of brand elements such as logos, visual assets, taglines, and tone of voice in both digital and traditional marketing materials.
- Monitor all brand-related communications to ensure alignment with company standards and strategic direction.
- Serve as the brand champion by promoting brand values internally and externally.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that support the company's business goals, sales targets, and brand objectives.
- Conceptualize and implement integrated marketing initiatives including digital marketing, print advertising, events, activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign execution timelines, deliverables, and performance monitoring to ensure successful implementation.
- Recommend innovative marketing ideas and initiatives that increase customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and consumer research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential business risks.
- Gather and interpret customer insights to improve brand communication, campaign effectiveness, and customer experience.
- Evaluate market conditions and competitor activities to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentations on market findings, campaign performance, and brand initiatives.
- Develop compelling marketing content and brand stories that effectively communicate the company's value proposition to target audiences.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communication campaigns reflect the desired brand image and customer experience.
- Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and suppliers in producing high-quality promotional materials and marketing assets.
- Oversee messaging across various communication channels including social media, website, email marketing, print materials, and events.
- Work closely with sales, operations, business development, and external partners to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, media partners, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing projects.
- Support product launches, promotional events, and corporate activities through strategic marketing support and execution.
- Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and effective project implementation.
- Assist in preparing and managing marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.
- Track marketing expenditures and prepare regular reports on campaign spending and ROI.
- Ensure all marketing activities are completed within approved budgets and timelines.
- Maintain organized documentation of marketing plans, contracts, reports, and promotional materials.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing communications, or related roles.
- Must have hands-on experience handling marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, or project promotions for real estate developments.
- Knowledge of the real estate market, property trends, and buyer behavior is highly preferred.
- Experience in handling integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools/platforms.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
