Network Infrastructure and Operations Lead

Location: Metro Manila
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day Shift I On-site

We are looking for a Network Operations Lead to manage and oversee the daily operations of our network infrastructure. You will ensure the network runs smoothly, resolve issues quickly, and lead a team of network professionals.

1. →Manage day-to-day operations of core, transmission, access, and aggregation networks
2. →Oversee network monitoring and OSS/NMS platforms
3. →Lead incident response, major restoration, and disaster recovery efforts
4. →Ensure network performance, reliability, and availability meet service standards
5. →Implement and maintain operational procedures, processes, and best practices
6. →Plan, coordinate, and execute network upgrades, expansions, and optimization projects
7. →Supervise, mentor, and guide network operations teams
8. →Collaborate with engineering, IT, and leadership teams to improve network processes and resolve technical issues
9. →Manage vendor and partner relationships for network-related services and equipment
10. →Monitor network KPIs and generate operational reports for senior management
11. →Drive automation, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives
12. →Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety, and regulatory requirements

  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or related field

• →

  Master's degree or engineering license is a plus

• →

  Minimum 10 years of experience in network operations

• →

  Strong technical experience in optical networks, core networks, access networks, and monitoring systems

• →

  Experience in incident management, service restoration, and disaster recovery

• →

  Proven leadership and people management experience (AVP - Director level is highly preferred)
