→Develop, implement, and monitor occupational health and safety programs, policies, and initiatives to promote a safe and compliant workplace across assigned locations.
→Coordinate safety training, awareness programs, inspections, audits, and other activities to ensure employees and relevant stakeholders are aligned with health and safety requirements.
→Lead emergency preparedness and response initiatives, including evacuation drills, emergency readiness, and maintenance of essential emergency resources.
→Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, prepare reports and recommendations, and coordinate appropriate corrective and preventive actions to address identified risks.
→Collaborate with internal teams, management, contractors, service providers, and relevant external agencies on safety, compliance, facilities, and risk management matters.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
Relevant professional certification, accreditation, or training in occupational health and safety is required.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in occupational health and safety, safety management, facilities, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards, regulatory requirements, emergency preparedness, and workplace risk management.
Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across different levels of an organization.
