Responsibilities

→Manage and support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
→Prepare, review, and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and other adjustments.
→Perform general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
→Develop and analyze financial statements and management reports, clearly explaining variances and key drivers.
→Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and SOX compliance, and assist with internal and external audits.
→Serve as a Record-to-Report subject matter expert, providing guidance and resolving process-related issues.
→Lead process improvements and standardization initiatives to strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and controls.
→Partner with AR, AP, OTC, FP&A, and other finance teams to support accurate and complete financial reporting.

Solid knowledge of general ledger accounting, close processes, and financial reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
