• →Provide overall leadership and direction for large-scale mining and multi-resource EPCM projects.
• →Manage project delivery across scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, and commercial objectives.
• →Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction management, and project controls.
• →Manage client relationships, contractors, partners, and key project stakeholders.
• →Oversee project risks, changes, contracts, and commercial performance.
• →Drive project governance, operational excellence, and effective decision-making.
• →Ensure successful transition from engineering through construction and commissioning.
• →Provide executive-level reporting on project performance, risks, and business outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Extensive experience directing large-scale mining and multi-resource projects.
• Proven EPCM experience across complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong understanding of mining operations, infrastructure, and project delivery.
• Extensive experience managing major clients, contractors, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial, strategic leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
