Responsibilities

→Assist customers in selecting the right technology products, including laptops, computers, and accessories, based on their needs and preferences.
→Drive sales performance by promoting products, achieving sales targets, and creating a positive in-store customer experience.
→Provide product demonstrations, explain features and benefits, and ensure customers receive accurate and helpful recommendations.
→Support daily store operations by maintaining product displays, monitoring inventory levels, and processing transactions through POS systems.
→Address customer inquiries and concerns while building strong relationships through excellent service and product expertise.

Requirements

College undergraduates and college graduates are welcome to apply.
At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar sales-focused role.
Experience selling technology products such as laptops, computers, and accessories is an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with the ability to engage different types of customers.
Knowledge of POS systems, basic inventory management, and the ability to work toward sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
