→Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs, define candidate requirements, and develop effective recruitment and selection strategies.

Requirements

At least 5–7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring across various functions, skill sets, and organizational levels in a fast-paced environment.
Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and hiring process execution.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong business partnerships.
Highly results-driven, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accountability and ownership of hiring outcomes.
