Responsibilities

→Lead and coach one or more software engineering teams, providing technical direction and promoting a collaborative, productive work environment.
→Develop and implement scalable technology solutions while actively participating in coding, code reviews, system design, and technical decision-making.
→Partner with product teams and key stakeholders to establish technical priorities, development roadmaps, and release schedules.
→Facilitate Agile development practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and ensuring requirements are clearly defined and development-ready.
→Promote engineering excellence by maintaining coding standards, encouraging innovation, and continuously improving development workflows and processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong backend development experience using technologies such as Java, Golang, Node.js, Scala, or similar, with demonstrated technical leadership experience.
Working knowledge of APIs, GitOps, version control, and Agile software development methodologies.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience or exposure to supply chain technology, logistics systems, or related industries is an advantage.
