As an Industry Development Expert within the European Digital Power Strategy & MKT Dept., you will serve as the strategic bridge between our technological innovations and the European regulatory landscape. Your mission is to cultivate deep-rooted connections with Transmission System Operators (TSOs) and industry associations, ensuring our voice is heard in the formation of policies and technical standards that shape the future of the energy transition.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alliance Management: Establish and nurture high-level technical relationships with key European TSOs (TenneT, 50Hertz, TransnetBW, PSE, REE, and so on.) and standardization committees (CENELEC, DKE, VDE FNN).

  • Task Force Representation: Actively represent the company in association task forces and working groups, steering discussions on power system stability, and inverter based resources integeration.

  • Policy & Standard Advocacy: Analyze emerging European energy policies and Grid Codes. Lead the drafting and submission of technical feedbacks and comments to the drafts of standards and grid codes.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor and decode the evolution of European standards and grid codes, providing actionable insights to the R&D and Marketing teams to ensure product compliance and competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related technical field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in the power industry, renewable energy sector, or a closely related field.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of the European energy market and technical grid connection requirements.

  • Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into persuasive policy arguments, excellent speech capability in conference or summit.

  • Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel across Europe for industry events and committee meetings

Preferred Qualifications (The "Plus" Factors)
  • Standardization Expertise: Proven track record of serving on or contributing to national (e.g., DIN/DKE, NEN), European (CENELEC/ENTSO-E), or IEC standard committees related to grid connection or power electronics.

  • Industry Influence: Established network within key TSOs, DSOs, standardization committees.
