About the Role
~1 min readProvide sharp insight into the European EV charging market, including typical charging scenarios, advanced technologies, and industry development trends.
Influence European charging standard organizations and industry associations to facilitate Huawei’s ultra-fast charging technology becoming part of European EV charging standards.
Lead product roadmap planning and develop strategic partnerships to drive Huawei’s EV charging solutions.
Expand partnerships beyond EV charger manufacturers to include POS providers, CPMS, EMS, customized solutions, and other relevant ecosystem partners to ensure localization and customization of joint solutions.
Conduct country-level market analysis to identify sales and partnership opportunities.
Drive market development across diverse EV charging scenarios, including public urban charging, highway networks, fleet operations, and heavy-duty trucks.
Manage and enhance customer and business partner relationships, with a focus on building breakthrough partnerships with top EU EVSE and CPO brands.
Oversee end-to-end EV charging projects, including product cooperation, sales, delivery, and after-sales support.

Extensive insight into the EV charging industry and regulatory environment across EU countries.
Proven experience in product planning and strategic partnership development.
Established social network within the European EV charging ecosystem.
Demonstrated ability to lead sales pitches and negotiations with senior-level stakeholders.
Strong connections with top EU EVSE and CPO partners.
Familiarity with power and energy market development, including EV charging infrastructure and renewable energy (e.g., solar power generation).
Project management experience, including collaboration with manufacturers on product or component development.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
