Inventory Control Clerk - Full-Time - MDL

The Inventory Control Clerk plays a vital role in maintaining accurate, organized inventory operations across Live! Casino & Hotel. By ensuring products, supplies, and materials are properly tracked from receipt through distribution, you help support efficient operations, cost control, and inventory accountability throughout the property. Your attention to detail and analytical mindset enable you to identify discrepancies, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure inventory transactions are processed correctly and in a timely manner. Working closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, Food & Beverage, and operational teams, you help safeguard company assets while supporting the availability of critical supplies needed for daily operations.

• Inputting daily receipts and issues of all items into the purchasing and inventory software.
• Verifying the accuracy of receipts, transfers, and requisitions.
• Assisting with monthly inventories.
• Maintaining the accuracy of items set up in the inventory system.
• Entering new vendors into purchasing system and assisting with the new vendor registration process.
• Ensure the safety and security of company information.
• Other duties as assigned.

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Inventory control & related warehouse experience preferred. 
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.
