We’re looking for a passionate Channel & Brand Activation Lead to bring our brand, channel and customer strategies to life across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with the Commercial team, you’ll turn marketing plans into impactful campaigns, digital content, customer programs and in-market activations that support sales growth and strengthen our brands.
From trade marketing, customer activations and retail programs to digital marketing, eCommerce, promotions and events, this is a hands-on role where you'll take marketing initiatives from strategy through to execution, bringing campaigns and activations to life in market. You'll bring strong cross-functional skills, a sharp commercial mindset and use performance insights to continually test, learn and improve how our brands show up across channels.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to make a visible commercial impact while working with an iconic Global brand. The role supports the core WD-40 Brands and will play a hands-on role in bringing major campaigns, retailer programs, customer activations and new product launches to life in market. You'll:
- Bring customer and channel activations to life, developing campaigns, promotions, displays, merchandising solutions and point-of-sale materials across Australia and New Zealand.
- Drive digital marketing execution across websites, digital campaigns, social media, SEO, content and other owned and paid digital channels.
- Support our brands and product launches, helping deliver advertising, promotions, events, sampling, demonstrations and new product initiatives.
- Partner closely with Sales and the broader Commercial team to develop customer-specific programs and materials that support our customer and channel objectives.
- Work with creative and digital agencies to develop engaging content, assets and campaigns that are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage our Australian and New Zealand brand websites, helping ensure product information, imagery and content remain relevant and up to date.
- Measure what’s working, tracking campaign performance, ROI and activation effectiveness and turning insights into recommendations for improvement.
- Manage multiple marketing projects and budgets, keeping activities moving across different priorities, markets and stakeholders.
- Collaborate across our APAC and Global teams, supporting broader brand, digital, eCommerce and marketing initiatives.
Requirements

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Sales or Marketing experience in trade, retail, automotive, hardware or FMCG-style environments.
- Experience across trade marketing, customer and retail activation, digital marketing, sampling and tradeshow management and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Strong exposure to point-of-sale development, in-store activation and working in partnership with Sales teams.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content creation, SEO and eCommerce, with the ability to understand what connects with different audiences.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and work collaboratively across local, regional and global teams.
