Today, we support customers in more than 20 countries with data, insights, and software solutions that help them build more efficiently and sustainably.   The Role As a Researcher, you’ll play a critical part in keeping our construction project data fresh, reliable, and accurate. You’ll spend your time gathering information, connecting with professionals in the industry, and ensuring our clients can trust the insights we provide.   This is a permanent role, starting with a probation period in line with Vietnamese labour law. During probation, you’ll take part in a structured 1–4 week training program focused on performance, attendance, and adaptability. You’ll receive close support during this time, and successful completion will confirm your ongoing employment.   This is what you’ll be doing Collecting and verifying construction project information from newspapers, tenders, councils, and online sources. Reaching out to industry professionals by phone and email to confirm details and build trusted relationships. Keeping our database accurate and up to date so our clients always have reliable information. Managing inbound enquiries and responding within agreed timeframes. Working with colleagues across APAC to align data and improve research processes. Supporting Hubexo platforms and events when needed. Helping new teammates settle in by sharing your knowledge and experience. Living our values and contributing to one global team.   About You You’ll thrive in this role if you are: A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Confident communicating in English (spoken and written). Comfortable making professional calls and sending clear, concise emails. Curious, resilient, and able to juggle tasks under deadlines. A fast learner who enjoys structured training and building new skills. Experienced in customer service or research (nice to have, but not essential).
