At Hudl, we build great teams. We hire the best of the best to ensure you’re working with people you can constantly learn from. You’re trusted to get your work done your way while testing the limits of what’s possible and what’s next. We work hard to provide a culture where everyone feels supported, and our employees feel it—their votes helped us become one of Newsweek's Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces.

We think of ourselves as the team behind the team, supporting the lifelong impact sports can have: the lessons in teamwork and dedication; the influence of inspiring coaches; and the opportunities to reach new heights. That’s why we help teams from all over the world see their game differently. Ready to join us?

We’re hiring a Sr. Accountant, Close & Consolidations,  to join our Finance team, focused on executing accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes across our global organization. You’ll manage multi-entity and multi-currency accounting, partner with regional controllers, and help optimize our ERP systems as we scale.

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll:

  • Own global close and consolidations. You’ll execute month-end and year-end close procedures across multiple legal entities, perform consolidation entries, and handle intercompany eliminations to ensure financial reporting integrity.
  • Navigate foreign currency and intercompany accounting. You’ll oversee FX revaluations, intercompany loan accounting, and out-of-balance resolutions, partnering with tax and legal to ensure alignment with transfer pricing policies.
  • Maintain systems and process flow. You’ll own the Chart of Accounts structure, serve as a functional user for ERP close workflows, and collaborate with Finance Systems to automate manual steps and improve scalability.
  • Support compliance and audit readiness. You’ll maintain internal controls over financial reporting, prepare audit workpapers, and collaborate with EMEA and APAC regional controllers to keep our global close process seamless.

Time spent collaborating with other Hudlies in-office will be a regular part of how you work. We’re currently prioritizing applicants within commuting distance of Lincoln. You’ll be expected to work more days in-office than remote, but will have the freedom to coordinate your specific in-office schedule with your team.

  • Educated & Experienced. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 5+ years of core accounting experience, focused specifically on financial close and multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations.
  • Technical Mastery. Strong working knowledge of ASC 830 (Foreign Currency Matters), complex intercompany accounting, and multi-entity consolidation procedures.
  • A process optimizer. Hands-on experience with ERP systems, functional close workflows, and Chart of Accounts maintenance, always looking for ways to streamline and scale processes.
  • Detail-Oriented & Compliant. Proven track record managing foreign currency revaluations, intercompany eliminations, and maintaining rigorous internal controls for audit readiness.
  • Collaborative Communicator. Skilled at partnering cross-functionally with EMEA/APAC regional controllers, tax, legal, and IT teams to resolve out-of-balance discrepancies.
  • CPA or Equivalent. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional credential preferred.
  • Tech & ERP Experience. Direct experience with Workday consolidation functionality or similar enterprise ERP tools.
  • International Footprint. Experience working cross-functionally with geographically distributed teams across EMEA and APAC.
  • Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
  • Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
  • Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
  • Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
  • Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, employee resource groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.
  • Cover your medical insurance. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you’ll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want, including vision, dental, fertility healthcare and family forming benefits.
  • Contribute to your 401(K). Yep, that’s free money. We’ll match up to 4% of your own contribution.
